Dynapps recertified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the international standard for information security management. Dynapps holds the certificate for its Odoo implementation, development, hosting and support services across its Belgian and Dutch entities, with EU-only data residency

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the international standard for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Dynapps holds the certificate, with its most recent recertification audit completed in January 2026. The audit was carried out by Brand Compliance, an RvA-accredited certification body.
The certificate (number NL 2767.1.1) covers the implementation, development, hosting and support of Odoo-based ERP, CRM, HRM and e-commerce solutions. The current certification cycle runs from 2026 to 2029, with annual surveillance audits in between.
Where your data lives
The Dynapps Group operates a single, harmonised ISMS. Dynapps NV in Belgium is certified, and Dynapps Netherlands operates in alignment with the same system. Future group entities will be added as they join the certified perimeter.
Customer Odoo data, including backups, is stored exclusively within the European Union. Environments run on EU-based, ISO 27001-certified hosting platforms, Combell and DeltaBlue in Belgium, or on Odoo's own SaaS platform under the customer's own contract.

How the system is run
The ISMS is structured around confidentiality, integrity and availability, following ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A. Customer data is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 at rest, with per-customer database isolation and no shared data tables.
Access requires multi-factor authentication and follows role-based, least-privilege controls. Eric Lembregts is the Security Officer.
