Since Odoo 19, AI is a dedicated app inside Odoo, woven through the modules. It searches in plain language, fills fields, drafts replies and runs actions from a prompt. Inside Odoo it is strong. It stops at the edge of Odoo.
The second layer sits above it. We connect Claude to your Odoo through our own MCP connector, a bridge that lets Claude read and edit Odoo data with the permissions you set. From there it reasons across Odoo, your mail, your documents and your other systems in one pass.
Configure the first layer well and work inside Odoo gets faster. Add the second and work that crosses systems becomes possible at all. Most companies need both. We will tell you which one solves your problem.
